SAF 2YEX

Integrated within AFM is a co/extra-curricular program called “SAF 2YEx”, which stands for the two-year AFM experience.

2YEx aims to inspire engaged learners by supporting your transition to the SAF community, fostering your academic success, enhancing your people skills, and preparing you for the academic and employment choices you'll make in years three and four of the program. SAF 2YEx includes experiential learning opportunities such as events, workshops, interactive webcasts and team-based problem-solving situations both in and outside of the classroom.

A vital feature of 2YEx is your Crew. In first year, you'll be placed in a group of 5-6 SAF students called your “Crew”. Crews are an important mechanism by which team-based learning and individual professional development is facilitated early in the program.
