Maria Smirnova, TaskMapper
The negative effects of burnout can spill into every area of our lives. Maria Smirnova at TaskMapper is helping teams and individuals avoid burnout with a new system that prioritizes balance and intervention. A graduate of the University of Waterloo’s Architectural Studies program, Maria helped launch her venture after taking part in our BET300 program and participating in E Co-op several times. Now, she hires our students as a BETS employer.
